The online application form can be completed in stages, allowing schools the flexibility to complete the audit process at their own pace. An alternative, pdf version of the application form is available for download here; this can be completed online, if preferred, saved and submitted via email to Marion Mills.

The award is free of charge for schools within Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. The award lasts for 3 years and is renewable.
Schools applying for this award will also need to use the free matrix tool on the NCSL/Becta website and complete the ESD self evaluation and action planner which can be done by clicking on the button below.
